1. 6 will include TFT’s new standalone client, so PC players should expect a larger download than usual.

We’re saying farewell to our previous home in the League client and stepping out on our own. Being on the League client gave TFT a ton of advantages when we launched, and we know many of you enjoy jumping between the two games.

You’ll still be able to swap between the Rift (or ARAM) and the Convergence with the click of a button, even with TFT in its own client. That home has served TFT well, so why are we moving out now?
