My AI Coding Stack: What I Actually Use to Ship Products in 2026

By now I've read (bookmarked) so many articles about people sharing their AI stacks that I figured I’d share mine. I'm not an expert by any means but I'm a big believer in experimenting, shipping and learning as you go.
Which is what I’ve been doing for the past year. This is not a vibecoding toolkit.
For that, just pick any AI builder and let it do its thing. You might get a good prototype if you’re lucky or absolute garbage code (most likely).
But that’s not how I work. I build products to make money.
So this is an honest breakdown of how I actually use AI to ship my side hustles. First, a little context.
